Independent thinking. Hands-on leadership.

Turn complexity into working form.

Product, technology and operating leadership for the things that are hard to build — and worth getting right.

Founder-led in Amsterdam. Built around your challenge.

From first principles
From evidence to a working system An abstract exploded assembly. Source evidence becomes a connected structure, then a complete working form. Use the controls below to explore each stage. Direction System Evidence

A clear direction. A connected system. Something that works.

The product is only part of the problem.

A promising idea can stall between commercial ambition, technical choices and the way a team actually works.

Veylund brings those decisions into one conversation. A founder-led studio combining product judgement, technical depth and operating leadership — from the first uncertain question to a product and organisation ready for their next stage.

Discuss your situation

Product discovery & roadmap

For an idea with too many possible directions, or a roadmap that no longer explains the priorities.

Leave with: customer and stakeholder synthesis, a prioritised roadmap and backlog, success measures, a decision log and clear delivery framing.

Product operating systems

For teams where decisions, ownership or planning keep getting in the way of delivery.

Leave with: clear decision rights, a practical cadence, multi-horizon planning, milestones and epics, and useful KPI and reporting specifications.

SaaS workflows & integrations

For platforms whose complexity lives between teams, systems, tenants and user journeys.

Leave with: current and future workflow maps, requirements, user flows and acceptance criteria, with integration, data and release dependencies made explicit.

AI & data product discovery

For an AI or data opportunity that needs a credible product case and a testable first scope.

Leave with: valuable use cases, defined workflows, data and feasibility questions, and an MVP, evaluation and acceptance plan.

Specialist engineering requirements are identified and scoped with the appropriate technical contributors.

Fractional product & operating leadership

For an organisation that needs senior direction through a transition, complex programme or next stage of growth.

The work: align priorities, roadmap, budget and dependencies; coach managers; establish a useful operating cadence; and give stakeholders clear evidence for decisions.

Reporting & workflow prototypes

For a recurring reporting problem or manual workflow worth testing in working software.

Leave with: a bounded prototype or proof of concept, a clear handover, and an estimate of what implementation will require.

When the challenge crosses disciplines

Veylund also supports zero-to-one venture build, SaaS repositioning, product and technology diligence, organisation design, executive governance, commercial discovery, and game or serious-game product direction. The scope follows the problem and the evidence.

Enough structure to move.
Enough room to learn.

Each engagement starts by making the unknowns visible. The depth of each step depends on the work.

  1. 01

    Frame

Understand the commercial context, people and constraints. Agree the problem, the evidence and the decisions that matter.

A shared definition of the work
  2. 02

    Prototype

Test the riskiest assumptions through research, workflow models or a bounded proof of concept.

    Something concrete to evaluate
  3. 03

    Build

Turn the chosen direction into a prioritised plan, a working system or coordinated delivery with the right contributors.

    A practical path into use
  4. 04

    Establish

Make ownership, measures and decisions clear. Leave a useful handover and an operating rhythm the team can continue.

    The means to keep moving

builds its own systems.

Client advisory sits alongside hands-on development of products, evidence systems and new ways to organise complex work.

Amsterdam, Netherlands

Close to the detail.
Responsible for the whole.

Veylund is a founder-led company with more than a decade of experience behind its work across software development, technical delivery, product ownership and executive leadership.

That path runs from building business software and directing games to leading B2B SaaS and AI/data platforms in a private-equity-backed portfolio. It connects the detail of what a system must do with the decisions an organisation must make.

The work spans product strategy, technology, operations, finance, organisation design, hiring, stakeholder reporting and delivery. Each engagement is led personally, with specialist collaboration introduced when the project calls for it.

Start with the evidence. Make the decisions clear. Stay close enough to the work to know whether it is working.

Start a conversation with Veylund

A scope that fits
the moment you're in.

Founders, leadership teams and investors can engage Veylund around a defined question, a product milestone or a period of ongoing leadership.

Who will I work with?

Directly with Panagiotis. Veylund is a founder-led practice. If a scope needs specialist collaborators, their role and responsibilities are agreed as part of the engagement.

Can Veylund work with our existing team?

Yes. Engagements can support your existing product, engineering and leadership teams through discovery, planning, decision-making, delivery coordination and coaching.

How are scope and fees agreed?

The first conversation establishes the situation and the outcome you need. A proposal then defines scope, deliverables or responsibilities, working cadence, dependencies and fees for that engagement.

What if we're still figuring out the problem?

That is a useful starting point. A focused discovery engagement can help separate the symptoms from the underlying product or operating decisions and define the next step.
